[Please forward to statecom-discuss]
Grace would be the person to ask as to its success. I believe that
there was success where folks followed through, but not many followed
through.
My guess is that we would get 1% of all registered voters, at best,
which would net 100 people. In terms of fundraising, a better attempt
would be to call look at people who have given but not for over a year
and call them. Brian had been doing this.
If you want to call people for something besides money, then I suggest
that the approach should be integrated with our current and future
plans. Just cold calling people is good, but will be more effective
if we have a way to hook people in who want to get involved.
