[fundraising] renewal mailing; silent auction

it is a good letter. Could we just change the info
about the candidates (update it) and leave the rest
pretty much the same?

in the first paragraph maybe we could mention
something about "these times of large campaign
contributions, billionaires, etc., the GRP is one
place where your donation, no matter how small, is
truly valued". Somehting like that.
