  i'm going over my notes from the most recent fundraising committee meeting we held, february 24. and i truly need to get a new brain, or something. i totally neglected to go over my own notes, or i would've remembered that i was supposed to propose three or more dates for another meeting, the last possible date being this past friday, march 16.
   
  well it's too late to cry over it. so ------------------- proposed set of dates for our next meeting. 
   
  proposed venue: JP licks at brigham circle in boston [ that's the intersection of tremont street and huntington avenue/route 9]
   
  proposed dates and times: 
   
  >> saturday afternoon, april 7 c. 3:00PM
   
  >> monday evening, april 16 c. 7:00PM
   
  >> friday evening, april 20, c. 7:00 PM
   
  >> saturday afternoon, april 21, 3:00 PM

  IN THE MEANTIME ------------------------  at our february meeting, Melissa committed to rounding up eva, brian , dan [k or l?] to put together a mailing party, followed by phone calls. This actually needs to happen, and depending on what day and time these tasks are arranged, i can help with the mailing. 
   
  we also need to do an email fundraiser, that is
  >> an email announcement
  >> use of supporter lists from previous campaigns
  >> other lists
   
  someone mentioned something about establishing or looking for existing tracking systems for revenue, and dan m's name got into the mix here. i'm unclear what that's about.
   
  there was a proposal [merelice?] that we do a silent auction at the state convention.
   
  a bunch of proposals about house parties, especially involving past candidates and present office holders, appointed or elected. among those projected for eastern mass. [ NOTE: we've yet to ask these people to take responsibility for one house party or one event sponsored by one of our party local organizations. so this is a heads up.]
