[fundraising] Is it time to start a new fundraising appeal?

Yes, I agree. Some time ago, I made a new appeal suggestion to Eli which was
not followed up on - no one's fault in particular except that I myself
didn't follow up and discuss it further with Eli.

I have just returned from a week-long trip, so after I catch up with all the
GRP email, I'll be in a better position to get behind a new fundraising
drive.
