[GNC] GRP Newsletter Article on Convention respond by Aug. 7

Scott,

I would very much like to contribute my ideas as part of an article. I
believe that the best article would be one where a number of us would be
sharing our perspectives. I will go further and say that it is essential
that this article be written by a number of us.

I will wait for more information (the guidelines, etc.) before I begin to
write my part of the article.

The Green-Rainbow Party is accepting submissions for the upcoming Fall
Newsletter, which is sent to every member of the Green-Rainbow Party.  The
organizers of the Newsletter have set aside space for an article about the
Green National Convention, authored by one (or more) delegates to the
Convention.  What you can write about is also being left very open-ended.

Keep in mind that many of you have already shared your stories and
experiences from the convention to this list, so it is unlikely that you
would need to write anything from scratch.  You may even wish to write an
article that is a compendium of many delegate's opinions and personal
experiences into this story, lots have been shared on this list (see the
list archives at http://www.green-rainbow.org/mailman/listinfo/gnc ).  Just
be sure to get permission to use the other delegate's name or words.

The Newsletter organizers need to know by Aug. 7 who will be putting
together and submitting this article.  For this purpose, the list will be
kept open until Aug. 7, to give everyone an adequate chance to respond.  If
you would like to take this lead, please respond to the entire list.  You
should then contact (or will be contacted by) the GRP Administrative
Committee for help on any guidelines for the article and how/when/where to
submit the final draft (absolute deadline for submission being Aug. 18).

I hope that one or more delegates will take this great opportunity to share
with our fellow GR community what happened at the Green National Convention.
