Hi Merelice,
I don't know what would be the point of writing this up for a general
newsletter. The reason I wrote it up was because I wanted to counter the notion
that Cobb's nomination is a victory for the ABB faction. And the reason I posted
it to a couple of GRP lists was because I wanted to hear other delegates'
opinion. I don't think most newsletter readers are thinking in those terms.
Besides, what is the point of an open letter to Nader at this point, other than
to give further ammo to the Kerry partisans (closted and not) who are looking at
every opportunity to bash Nader.
I would be glad to write something talking about the need for unity
post-November.
