FYI.
This is not an arcane discussion.
The future unity of our national party is at stake in CA, VT, and
elsewhere, and may play out in the next few days.
We can continue to treat this as a high school debate or we can
recognize forces that are threatening to consign the Green Party
to the dustbin of history.
I am reminded of the last paragraph of Animal Farm.

Subject: [usgp-coo] GPCA is trying to put Nader on their ballot!
The Green Party of California Coordinating Committee is now in the
middle of a 5 day vote, (starting late Wednesday and ending early
Tuesday), about whether to have a special Plenary (state meeting) to
decide whether to replace Cobb/LaMarche with Nader/Camejo on the CA GP
ballot line. At the moment there is a heated debate. The proposal has
an 80% threshold. So I think it is likely to fail, but of course you
never know.
CALIFORNIANS and EVERYONE! may express their opinion to the entire CC at
www.cagreens.org/cc. If you click on entire cc, you'll see who they are.
Do you realize the collective millions of hours we have spent on this
issue this year??
Nader has been so disruptive to the Green Party; I wonder why. nader is
NOT god.
Exercise your FREE SPEECH NOW!
Sincerely,
