   Yes, I'm serious. Thanks for asking. The goal of
gender balance in our representation was earnestly
pursued by Scott in recruitment for the delegations
themselves.
   I disagree with preferentially empowering
individual delegates. I believe that invited
complexity and confusion. Regarding the proxy votes,
however whoever votes for their allocation is decided,
I suggest they be allocation according to that vote.
   I apologize for the confusion, and hope that that
is more clear.
