Hi Rich,

Thanks for organizing this. Unfortunately I will be away for work, so I can't
make the meeting.

But I would appreciate it if you could ask him whether he would support the
GRP's position (as reflected in my resolution, adopted at the state convention)
on no unilateral concessions to the Dems in November.

I have heard different interpretations of "safe states" and as the most vocal
proponent of "safe states" among the candidates currently running, it would be
important for him to articulate:

1. Where does he stand on this issue.
2. Assuming he is not for unilateral surrender (which he claimed not to support
in the informal discussion after the debate at the JFK school), what steps has
he taken, and what steps does he plan to take, in asking for concessions in
different states.
