Great idea. Here goes. Jane Doe at 18 Middlesex Drive is enthusiastically
going to be in Milwaukee in Mid June for the Green Party Convention. Why the
Greens, her neighbors ask? A close friend, Marie Blank, will care for Jane's
children in her absence. Jane says that she has very little choice. There
seems to be little difference between John Kerry and Bush on the war. We
want the end to all war, says Jane. And we need to stop the war on the
environment as well. That, says Jane, is why I got involved in the first
place. Hurray for Jane. We will welcome her back on her return. [I am not
with it tonight. But this might serve as a sort of template--the Burlington
newspapers carry exactly this uckey goo. BZ)

To get some press, it would be a good idea to have local papers run little
pieces about local delegates going to the national convention.
Has anyone written a sample press release that delegates could customize and
send to our local papers? If not, is anyone interested in writing one?
