[GNC] Delegation logistics

To the GRP delegation:

Welcome!

I am not presuming to handle details or be a hub of some kind, just want to
alert you to the things that need organizing. This listserv will be our only
way of communicating, as there is no time for a face-to-face meet-up before
the convention takes place (I don't think). - Wanda Boeke

TRAVEL & STAY

If carpooling, the round-trip by car will cost about $350 (plus parking in
Chicago - possibly a fee waiver at hotel for convention attendees - someone
should look into this)


MEET-UP 
The delegation should select a meet-up point to get acquainted and select a
spokesperson

We are looking for someone who can provide training guidelines re floor
rules (either a convention veteran or somebody who's done their GPUS
homework)

PROXIES
Each delegate physically going may take one proxy vote (a stay-at-home
delegate's vote)

Someone needs to find out what the GPUS guidelines are for those who will
stand as proxies for other

VIRTUAL SIGN-IN
We need to know who will be attending physically and who won't be, so proxy
arrangements can be made
