[GNC] Spokesperson

To all delegates (and alternates),

As we get closer to departure date, I would like everyone to feel like they
are part of a wonderful delegation headed to Chicago to experience the
excitement of a national convention.

That said, the group will need a spokesperson for Saturday's floor voting
when it happens (by state).

I am therefore nominating Scott Laugenour to be that spokesperson.

Scott is from Lenox (Berkshire County) and it will be his first convention.
He is attending as an uncommitted delegate - which is what he specifically
asked to be.

As a self-identified as well as approved uncommitted delegate (one of 4), I
believe everyone will be able to communicate easily with him. I have
contacted him, but am awaiting response on this question.

Does anyone else wish to be spokesperson? If so, let us know.
