[GNC] Proxy for Brother Northstar Polaris

Scott,

I'm afraid each attending delegate can be the proxy for only one person.

If Howard had been a Nader-No Preference alternate, then he could have been
BrotherNorthStar's proxy. And unfortunately, Mr. Polaris is in California,
not in Massachusetts where he might still catch a ride with Grace.
