[GNC] Solution to proxy issue

BrotherNorthStar,

I will see if it's OK with Vince if Howard Weiss takes HIS place in the
McKinney McKinney portion of the delegation. That way, Howard CAN be your
proxy.

An explicit comes to mind when I think how stupid I've been not to come up
with that simple solution before - and thereby not upsetting you. My sincere
apologies.

I am providing a proxy authorization form for you so that when Howard shows
up at the convention, he will know that he is to be your proxy.

Please send the form to the gnc list, to merelice at gmail.com, and to me.
Howard has no phone or email at the moment, so we will have to wait until he
arrives in Chicago to update him on the situation.
