I am  sorry that I cannot send a full Convention Report but like
Odysseus, I am being blown away from home port so thee is no time to
write anything up from my notes.

What David is saying is important.

The most impacting talk that I went to at the convention was "ending the
Isms" (put in the ones of your choice, the group came up with 39). I
promised at the workshop to help do so at whatever level I can. 

I mentioned reading William Ury's book Getting To Peace. In it, he
talked about examples where former enemies realized that they had a
larger vital interest to put their egos aside and join forces with small
victories leading up to the larger ones. I believe that the greens at
many levels 
need to do this. 

It is very easy to have harsh speech or critical speech. But the cost of
doing so was outlined by the Buddha and others
