[Green-Rainbow] Status update

I have not really gotten anywhere since the last status update. Mostly
I have been reading and replying to various emails which you all have
seen.

I will try to get the actual name change proposal and the platform
proposal drafted tomorrow.

I do not think that I will bother posting to the convention website
just yet. I would rather just wait for the final edits on Saturday
and just post the final versions then. The convention is over a month
away so there should not be an issue with the proposals being posted
there on the last day.
