[Membership] Membership Committee Meeting

Hi Everyone,

The Membership Committee will be meeting this Saturday, December 16th
beginning at 2 pm.  We will be meeting in Chuck Turner's District office
located at 51 Roxbury Street (next to the Roxbury Post Office) in the
Roxbury neighborhood of Boston.

If you would like to attend but the commute is too difficult, we will
have phone conferencing available.  Please contact me directly for more
information or if you need any other assistance in getting to the
meeting.

I. Registering 1 percent of the voters as Green-Rainbow
a. Strategies for gaining permanent ballot status 
b. Civic Engagement Iniatives and other voter registration activities  
c. merging our designations and other registration issues

II. Expanding and strengthening Locals
a. increasing membership and participation in locals
b. city/town captains involved with the campaigns
c. re-activating the Campus Greens
d. GRP website revamped - joint effort between Membership, ComCom and
Tech
e. joint Membership and ComCom effort to create new and updated
materials.

4. Diversity
a. Strategies to increase awareness within our own party
b. Strategies to increase awareness outside our party
