Hey Lisa, 

Adcom meeting is before the 48 hour period anyhow, so
we have already agreed to this... but in fact I
support waiting since the adcom meeting should bring
clarity to the question of how we a) deal with
donations that are general in nature, and b) what to
do with Statecom prposals that have no money attached
to them but can be interpreted to demand party
resources...

If adcom had had these policies in place before the
donation or the Statecom proposal then we probably
would not have teh confusion that we now have !

We live and learn however, and I am coniedent that
adcom will set policies that make sense for the future
and also figure out some way to handle the current
$5000 donation.

Let's hope so.
