Dear Membership Committee,

The Membership, Communications, and Tech Committees will be putting
our heads together to plan a new Green-Rainbow Party website.

To start the process, we'll have a phone conference on Wed, Dec 12,
from 9-10pm, aimed largely at setting up a physical meeting of the 3
committees, and beginning the discussion of what we expect/hope for from a
new website, how it will be developed, and how it will be used.
