Green-Rainbow Party Contingent to March in Northampton Pride Parade on
Saturday, May 3

Members of the Green-Rainbow Party will march in the Northampton Pride
parade on Saturday, May 3 in Northamtpon.  The parade will begin at noon at
Lampron Park and proceed to Veteran's Field, where a rally will held from 1
PM - 4 PM.

This is an important opportunity for the Green-Rainbow Party to raise
visibility in and demonstrate solidarity with the area's LGBT community.
Any registered Green-Rainbow Party voters, dues-paying members, supporters
and candidates are welcome to join the contingent.  Additional actions
during the march and rally could include leafletting, voter registration,
providing information on the Defense of Marriage Act, and signholding for
local GRP candidates.

The Green-Rainbow Party has been registered as a contingent for the march.
Plans to table at the rally have not yet been arranged.

Help is needed to make this visibility event successful and fun.  If you
would like to assist in the organization of this event or if you are a GRP
