[Northampton-GP] Help repeal the Umass surveillance fee!

   Umass is voluntarily implementing a new fee on international students 
to fund the cost of their own surveillance. This fee is outrageous not 
merely for its economic impact, but because of its blatantly xenophobic 
nature. Please read and sign the petition to repeal the Umass 
surveillance fee below:
