Thanks Tom!
I attempted to table on Sunday. I got there around
12:30 after spending some time at Kinkos trying to
copy various brochures.
The snow started to fall soon after I got there and I
stayed until like 2 or 2:30. It was impossibly cold
and the snow started making a mess of the materials.
Dumb.
I didn't register anybody to vote and I only passed
out a couple of brochures.
I have just recieved a .PDF of the latest and greatest
tri-fold brochure, which has some important new legal
lingo on the donation form.
Is anybody tabling Saturday (tomorrow)?

---------------------------------
Just wanted to give an update on the Voter
Registration tabling effort.
I tabled 11-3 on Saturday in front of the Haymarket in
downtown Northampt on. Though only a dozen people
registered, many more took Green-Rainbow party
literarure and/or stopped to ask questions about it.
Also, several people took forms with them to fill out
later.
I returned the tabling kit to Jackie's porch with a
couple of additions. There are 2 small folding chairs
and a posterboard "Register to Vote" sign.
The best way I found to display the sign was to duct
tape it to one of the chairs. I left a roll of duct
tape with the kit. I also made copies of the "10 key
values" brochure, which many people took with them.
Overall it was a very positive experience and
definately worthwhile. To all who decide to
volunteer... dress warm and good luck!
Tom
