[Northampton-GP] meeting place on the 15th

So, now that we know where and when the rally is, I want to try and figure out a time for "us" to meet and stand together.  I think it should be a bit away from the rally so we can find each other, but I don't know what time you want to congregate.  I suggest 52nd betweeen the East River and 1st avenue.  It's a dead end street and residential.    Do people want to meet before the rally or once it's going?
