This may be our last chance to fix this law (question 2 - English immersion)
so parents can choose the way they want their children to learn and so
teachers can teach without the fear of being sued. Please write now. Thanks.

1) Please write your state senator now and ask your senator to back all
amendments to the Unz (English immersion) law that have been introduced calling for
the waiver option to be available for all students, regardless of age (In
other words, students under 10 years of age, as well as 10 years and older, would
be eligible to apply for a waiver), to allow for the highly successful
two-way bilingual programs to continue, and to eliminate the lawsuit provision
(suing teachers) under question 2.
