[Northampton-GP] resignation

Effective October 6, 2003 I resign my role as co-chair of the Hadley
Green-Rainbow Party.  By this date, I will no longer be registered to vote
in the Town of Hadley, so I can no longer serve the interests of the local
club or the Green-Rainbow Party in this regard.

The active membership of the Hadley GRP will consider the business of
appointing another co-chair at their earliest convenience and will report
this information to the GRP Secretary. The female co-chair is Jade Barker.

I plan to register to vote and declare my Green-Rainbow Party affiliation in
Springfield, Massachusetts, and I look forward to remaining active with the
Party from my new residence.
