Dear friends of the GRP:

Regretfully, I must resign my position as one of the male delegates from
Hampshire County to the Green-Rainbow Party State Committee effective
October 14, 2003. As of this date, I will no longer reside within the
county and will not be able to represent the interests of the members of the
Green-Rainbow Party in Hampshire County effectively.

My family is relocating permanently to Springfield. My new contact
information is below.

Rob Crowner, the only male alternate remaining from Hampshire, has agreed to
replace me. Rob lives in Amherst.

I look forward to connecting with other Green-Rainbow Party members in the
Springfield area with the intention of forming a GRP local there as soon as
possible. I look forward to working with Mary and Owen Broadhurst, the
Hampden County delegates, in all matters related to supporting the work of
the GRP.

I admire the dedication of the individuals who serve on the State Committee,
the Administrative Committee and the Working Committees. Because of you, I
have seen dramatic growth of and improvement in the Party, and I know it
will continue. Keep up the good work.

Sincerely,

Scott McGinley
