As if there couldn't be a third G-RP thing to do on
Sunday, September 28th....

Candidate Recruitment: Western Mass.

Over the last nine months, the Green-Rainbow Party’s
Candidate Development Committee has created an
electoral strategy and candidate recruitment 
plan for the 2004 election cycle.  With these plans
approved at the State Committee meeting on September
13, we are now ready to move on to the next 
step: setting up regional committees to identify and
recruit candidates for targeted seats in the
Massachusetts House and Senate.

The first meeting of the Western Massachusetts
Regional Candidate Recruitment Committee will take
place on September 28, 2003 in the Amherst 
area (exact meeting location and time to be finalized
later this week). Residents of Berkshire, Franklin,
Hampden, and Hampshire Counties who would 
like to participate in this exciting process should
contact one of the following people as soon as
possible. Background reading materials will be
provided in advance of the first meeting.
