[Northampton-GP] Club VS City/Town/Ward Committee

I would like it if you, Jim, or the N'ton GRP in general would keep me
and/or relevant GRP circles in the loop about your locals city/ward
committee vs. club questions and activity.

Since I'll be moving to Springfield permanently within the next month, I'll
be interested in sharing info on these matters particular to city/ward
issues.  I'm hoping to organize in Springfield as soon as I can get started;
what form it takes depends on who else in Spfld gets involved and where they
live.
