[Northampton-GP] Western Mass Candidate Recruitment Committee 9/28/03

Sorry I couldn't make this.  Vince O'Connor called to remind me and left as
message.  I really don't know of anyone in Springfield who's a Green-Rainbow
yet.  Give me some time to settle in.  I still hope to stay up to date on
local electoral strategies.
