[Northampton-GP] Cobb-Lamarche Campaign in Northampton

Denny has badges and window signs for the Cobb-Lamarche campaign.

In order to continue the Green-Rainbow party electoral efforts in the future, we need to poll at least 3% in November.
With Northampton polling 17% Green in 2000 we reached nearly 6% statewide.  The Valley is a critical area for the Green-Rainbow Party.

While our commonwealth of massachusetts is a safe state for the Democrat candidate, and the Republican will likely not campaign here at all, we need to raise the visibility of the Green Party nominees in oder to get our voters to the booth on election day 2004.
