[External Relations] Committee meeting

Hi everyone. Gil asked me to organize the initial meeting of the 
External Relations Committee.  Would everyone on this email list 
please contact me and tell me your availability for the rest of 
August and first few weeks of September, i.e., what dates will you be 
out of town, what days of the week and times are generally good for 
you, other specific impossible dates/times for you.  Also let me know 
what locations are possible for you.  Or if you don't want me to 
consider your schedule in setting the meeting time then let me know 
that too or else I'll think you didn't get this email and might try 
to call you. I'll suggest some possible meeting times to this list in 
a couple days after I have heard from some of you.  - David
