With particular respect to the UJP. It was the Adcom that initiated the mess, so it should be the Adcom that cleans it up. Also, the External Relations Committee has yet to have its first meeting, put together a mission/ vision, etc. This is because we have a party which up until now hasn't had a clue as to what it means to build a coalition [ which is different from merely joining one].

relations committee to handle our relations with outside organizations,
like UFPJ. I don't disagree with any of your reasoning for us being
involved, It's just my opinion that we should not always look to Adcom
when we have a working committee created just for that purpose.

Of course, in the case of this particular meeting about Peace, etc. it would be enormously helpful if there were a Green-Rainbow Party whose activity in the antiwar movement weren't confined to a few press statements, etc. on the website, and one antiwar statement distributed by individuals at rallies in late October in support of Grace Ross ------ and, lest we forget [I'd truly rather] the individual, public, if sometimes controversial expressions of those party members who felt that SOMETHING had to be expressed, in the absence of G-R leadership doing so.
