I don't disagree with your point that the party (as an entity - not any
specific persons) has no clue about coalition building or even how to
relate being in one. There is a clear need for External Relations to
have it's first meeting and begin the process of establishing a
mission/vision. Part of the reason Adcom created this mess in the first
place is that all this external relations stuff should've already been
developed before we joined UJP in the first place. Slapping it back at
Adcom doesn't address that core problem.
