[Platform] more campaign planks

Here are drafts of the empire & war plank and the
criminal justice reform plank for the campaign
platform.  I'm still waiting for people who told me
they would send drafts of a plank on women's issues
and abortion. - David

* The Green-Rainbow Party says NO to empire, and YES
to resistance against the US occupations in Iraq,
Afghanistan, Haiti, Puerto Rico, and Native-American
territories  within the USA. We say: STOP interfering
in the internal affairs of other countries; DIVEST
from Israel and not from Sudan; NO to the corporate
globalization programs of NAFTA, FTAA, IMF and the
World Bank; END military spending.  


* The Green-Rainbow Party works to shut down the
"criminal justice system" which oppresses low-income
and people of color, ruining the lives of hundreds of
thousands of people in Massachusetts.  The "war on
drugs" is essentially a war on working-class and
minority youth. We work for the legalization of all
drugs so they can be regulated like other industries.
Drug abuse should be treated as a health problem not
as a crime.
