[Platform] more campaign planks

Last time I heard Chuck speak about this, at the last
roundtable, he said specifically that marijuana and
cocaine should be legalized.  (And he said that the
movement to decriminalize marijuana is racist, that it
is just aimed at letting white people in the suburbs
use drugs without risking prosecution.) I don't see
any reason not to extend our support of legalization
to all drugs. I don't know what "natural drugs" means
to Chuck if cocaine, which is highly processed and not
natural in the same way as unprocessed coca leaves, is
natural, while drugs processed from opium poppies (for
instance) are not natural.  All the arguments he uses
for legalization would seem to apply regardless of the
level of naturalness of the substance. I'll try to ask
Chuck about this next time I get to talk with him.   -
