The GRP Strategic Plan Working Group has set Sunday May 6 for the
general strategy session where all GRP members are invited to provide
their input on forging a strategic plan for 2007-2009. The
preliminary invitation is below (and attached).
To: all GRP
From: The GRP Strategic Plan Working Group
What: Seeking your participation and insights
Please forward to your Green-Rainbow lists!
The dangers arising from:
anti-democratic, money-driven, 'representative' government
and a system of living based on maximizing profits
are never greater than when people mistake
a beam of light on the horizon for a new dawn.
Do the countless injustices that we see in our communities,
in our Commonwealth, and across the planet,
have a common nexus where they can be
met head-on?
What do we as the GRP want to accomplish over the next few years?
Can the GRP build a vibrant political alternative to
the duopoly?
Is the Commonwealth ready for 'real democracy' where the people
are the decision-makers and the problem-solvers?
What should the GRP do to be helpful and relevant to the problems
with which you and your community are struggling?
The Green-Rainbow Party invites you
to share your thoughts and ideas
to guide the GRP Strategic Plan Working Group
in determining party priorities for the coming years
in strengthening the party to meet the challenges
of protecting our environment, improving our communities,
and enjoying our daily lives.
