[Platform] A project to organize around

Anyone interested in the pro-active package I put together (almost all pieces 
submitted by others) and got initial approval by adcom as a GRP package last 
January, is welcome to contact me.   The pieces would have to followed up with 
to see where they are now, we would need all the bill numbers, actual 
language and fact sheets the various groups that submitted them created.   Plus there 
was a place holder for a couple of pieces that were never completed.

But given that this Green Communities piece is moving and has some important 
flaws I don't think should be ignored if people have energy - Grace
