[Platform] platform committee phone meeting this week

Dear Platform Committee -
We'll be having a 1 hour Platform Committee phone meeting either
Wednesday or Friday at 8PM this week. Please consider joining if you
can, and let me know which time would work better for you. We'll be
vetting any relevant proposals for the 1/27 state com meeting, and
updating folks on energy and health care subcommittee developments.
