I know what a leader is but what is a "leader"?

p.s. I see the GRP bogged down in various coalitions that are and  
will be controlled by the DoD (Dull Old Democrats).  Why?  In fact I  
bet I can tell you everything that will be said and even how it will  
be said in these entirely predictable efforts.  That is because it  
has been done so often and while perhaps preserving the Democrat  
Party status quo leads on to nothing more.  The cliche is that  
insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly expecting to get  
different results.
