[Platform] Can the plaform committee consider advisory ballotquestions?

Oh God, it's very widespread— Maryland counties and Baltimore, Ohio, New York including NYC.... probably many more. But as you know the state-county-local relationship is varied.

Also the tax world is so huge I wouldn't know where to start. But since you ask, I know someone who's a muni attorney, I'll call her tomorrow, maybe she can point me at a Cliffs Notes on this.
