I'm still making additional inquiries, and may have found opportunities in 
Holyoke about which I shall have more information Monday. WNEC and 
Springfield College would cost more than the Library, but I have not 
inquired with Elms and Baypath and certainly would welcome your making 
inquiries.

My thoughts:

1) Owen, not knowing what inquiriese you have already
made, might we be able to find space at one of the
other area colleges. Elms, WNEC, Springfield College,
Baypath College? (If not, I would be willing to
inquire at a couple of these schools.)

2) Changing the meeting date/location from what was
already decided by statecom at the Cape meeting would
require an on-line meeting or email decision by the
state committee.

3) The costs at the Springfield Library for the Sunday
meeting may not be prohibitive. We should be able to
get a sense of that from the treasurer. Dan? $200 too
much for the use of an excellent space for a statecom
meeting?
