Jim, Proc Com folks,

Interested in at least having the freedom to look into January 10
reservations as well as January 11 meeting reservations. Presently, January
10 would seems like a far less expensive option- unless folks have different
ideas for Springfield or Holyoke meeting space-- Owen

I think the question would have to go to the StateCom delegates; someone
should ask someone from the Procedures Cmte and the co-chairs for more info.

OKAY.....HOW DO WE MAKE A DECISION TO MOVE THE DATE TO SATURDAY?????????????
The price is right, the location, too. the only question not answered is
childcare space if needed.
LET's get a decision on this so Owen can stop the running around.
