[Procedures] The "Packet" for January Meeting

The "Packet" for the January meeting is going to need
to include minutes of any on-line decisions we make
between now and then, and also the on-line decisions
we made regarding endorsements prior to the Cape
meeting. The minutes of the on-line decisions related
to the endorsements should have been submitted to the
Cape meeting for approval, but they didn't make it
into the Cape "Packet".

The January "Packet" thus will need to include the
minutes of the on-line stuff, the Cape meeting, and
the special November meeting if it happens.

I believe Sharron Tetrault is drafting a document that
will explain how to make the "Packet". It is my hope
that there will be a checklist as part of that
document so we avoid such omissions future meeting
"Packets".
