[Procedures] Re: [fundraising] 2004 Budget

As the procedures committee exists only virtually, and
I have sort been trying to keep it alive, may I speak
for the procedures committee? 

I don't see a need for a budget for the Procedures,
Structures and Meetings committee. 

Unless maybe for a training workshop for facilitation
skills? But that can be paid for by the participants
like the last one was...
