[Procedures] RE: Procedures Committee

Hi Richard,
I read them a long time ago so have forgotten them for the most part.
I would love to come to a face to face sometime to see where this
committee should go.
Are you running for state com again? A lot is going on before the
next state com meeting on april 10th. Perhaps it best be to have one
organized with all the newly elected folks after april 10th?
