Thank you very much for the information, Dan.

I encourage EVERYONE on these lists to take
a moment, think of three people who are not
straight, white, men who might be willing to
step forward to run for a position.

I also encourage all of us to think hard about
how we can balance the important goals of
moving the party forward without creating
what is called in industrial psychology a "climate
of fear" for those who do step forward and take on
a leadership position.  Such a negative climate
will discourage *all* people from wanting to
step up, and disprortionately those who already
feel harshly judged in our society.
