[Procedures] Proposals about Proposals

Dear Procedures, Structures and Meetings Committee,

We have not met in a while. But here is something i ask your  
indulgence to consider.

I know i should have vetted these before posting them to the state  
com proposals page, but i wanted to get them on the agenda before the  
deadline for the upcoming July 9th state com meeting.

If you have any comments please let me know by July 2nd (one week  
from now) so that i can get any friendly amendments (wording changes)  
into the printed proposals packet that will go to the state com  
meeting. I can also make changes later at the meeting if we come up  
with something that needs to be included.
