Hi Owen,
Right, we need a set of behavioral expectations to put in the welcome
message that people get when they join. Also should be on a web page
and we have a link in EVERY email that goes to the list of behavioral
expectations and the consequences if they are not met.
If you have any pointers to good behavioral expectations that you have
read, let me know.
