To GNC Delegates, Alternates, Etc.

The Steering Committee is very concerned about the dire financial straights
of GPUS.  We are all in this together and we *have* to suceed.  The GNC
delegates are the backbone of this party and we depend on the National
Committee to step up when it's necessary.  Please, please, please!  We need
your help now!

As our Treasurer Jake Schneider says in a post on July 12th, "Unless our
donation situation improves dramatically and quickly we will be forced to
take some very unpleasant actions which no one will be happy with."

The first step is to gather in $18,000 to make up for the 2006 deficit.

It's up to *us* to build the electoral arm of the Peace Movement!  And it's
become increasingly clear that no other political party is going to do it.

We have a pledge of $2500 to be used in $50 increments with each donation of
of $100 or more.  Please go to the webpage and the link
