I agree Bill, ....and did not mean to take out support for resistance ( I did accidentally in trying to make a shorter statement....)  
   
  A simple statement such as (in a separate paragraph) "The GRP supports the right of all people, including Palestinians who face an illegal and violent military occupation, to resist as indicated in the Declaration of Human Rights" should do the trick.  
   
  And further, in order to meet your concern head-on, the statement affirming support for resistance should appear in the same sentence as the statement "opposing any and all attacks on noncombatants...."
   
  I will rewrite and resend.
